always here to remind you, if you’re hearing this podcast for the first time this year first episode, you gotta go check out all of the other episodes, there’s a whole bunch more out there on all the major podcast platforms. You can even you know, find us on YouTube. But you’re gonna want to listen, because today’s conversations gonna be phenomenal. And you better believe that the rest are just as good. We’re gonna get into the introduction of today’s guests here in a moment. But as we normally do, let’s go ahead and start with their opening ritual. If you can, wherever you are, safely close your eyes. That means if you are driving or walking or doing something with heavy machinery, while you’re listening, please do not close your eyes. But if you can close your eyes, allow yourself to settle down a little bit. Just sit here with us. Taking a deep breath in and exhaling out through your mouth and just releasing all of that air in your lungs. Just doing it again. Relaxing yourself being present right here. Your mind your body and your spirit. Now as you sit there and just continue taking notice of your breath, I want you officer to notice that there is a white beam of light emanating from the very top of your head from your crown. And that white beam of light it extends upward, up through whatever ceiling or whatever place that you may be, maybe it’s upwards through the trees, that white beam of light continues to go up further into the sky pass all the clouds as the upper atmosphere of the Earth pass the moon just keeps going out you watch almost as though you were just kind of using a scroll mouse to just continue zooming out. You watch that beam of light past all of the planets extend past the Milky Way, pass all of the other galaxies all the way to the edge of the cosmos to that place beyond. As you take notice of where that white beam of light goes into that place of infinity. You notice that the very end there is a white star attached. taken notice of that white star and watch it, maybe it’s twinkling. Maybe it’s dancing. But that white star is the representation of your higher self. That part of yourself that is the divine. Just take another deep breath in and see how it responds. And as you exhale out, I want you to take notice of right across from you crossing from your star is a another star. That star is a shade of pink. That star represents me watches it just Twinkles and dances. It as you notice my star. Looking down at the very center you watch as a silver thread extends out towards you. looking then at the middle of your star, you watch another silver thread extend towards mine. And then keep moving closer towards each other until the very middle between the two. They connect. And now you and I are connected. And as you notice that connection and can begin to feel some of my energy look around and you watch as millions of other stars begin to appear around you. All dancing, twinkling, pulsating vibrating with the energy of life. All of these stars are all of the other higher selves and the souls here are down on this planet. Maybe even from other places. And just as you sit there and all you watch is a silver thread extends through each one and all stars become connected. To you, to me to each other. All of these connected stars is the representation of the collective consciousness, the representation of all the connected and all being one with that realization and now that we are connected, let’s go ahead and return back to your star and slide all the way down that white beam again, coming all the way back through from the far edges of the cosmos, past all of the galaxies, past and into the milky way down past all of the planets, the moon, the upper atmosphere of the Earth and taking a deep breath in and exhaling out continuing past all of the clouds, the trees, the roof of the ceiling of wherever you may be. Back to the crown of your head. Taking one vital deep breath in and exhaling out. Counting back from a three to one and making yourself present here with us today. Three, coming back to coming back one into your body. All right, my dear friends. Now that we are all connected, I’m incredibly excited to introduce today’s guest. dialing in all the way from Thailand. I knew you’re over there on the eastern side in the world, but wasn’t quite positive. Exactly. Were so happy to find that out. Lovely. excited to welcome Andy Kozlowski and yes, I myself in Polish, so I don’t think I butchered his last name. And I may have that first. So glad grateful, Andy, so excited to have you on board here with us today. And as usual, we’re going to start off with our typical question. Our podcast is called deepest spirituality. Andy, what in the world drew you to our podcast? What? Why did it resonate with you and what brought you here to us today?
Andrzej Kozlowski 07:04
First of all, shine, Brahim. Thank you for having me. And for this opportunity to speak and impact your audience to show them that reality can be perceived by different lenses. And those lenses are within us. So we are in the world that weighed our reality. And we from within, can change it. I have been attracted to your podcast because I have experienced the deepest and lowest level of spirituality. I have been out there in the sky. In Heaven, I have been so lucky that I’ve touched itself. So through my journey, and as all journey starts with first step, I have made all the mistakes possible. To away, you could say that me being born on the highest level of incarnation possible. Being an empath being psychic, I always experienced reality different. I’ve seen more. I hear it more, and I failed more. But having very heavy family trauma that has been passed to me from my ancestors, as they weren’t able to work it through. It landed that burden on my shoulders. And being this art kid that could see what he could see, I came to the only possible conclusion that I am crazy. Especially since I used to freeze in social settings sponging negative emotion. So I thought there was something wrong with me and it is time to make me whole again. So I started searching for this holy grail in western world exploring different modalities, different workshops, having or Holotropic breathing. I Hasker. shamanic, right nlp hypnosis, sort of a methods and many many more. But I found only that my mind gets more polluted and my body got weaker. Not be that dose modalities do not talk, mostly because there was nothing wrong with me. Because the god universe Tao nature doesn’t make mistakes and you are here A reason you chose this life to experience, what you need to experience we saw can grow, and once again become oneness with the universe. So it took me a long, long time to understand that. But eventually, I put my highlight on the eastern way of life, most likely due to good karma from previous life, I have been blessed enough to be taught by an enlightened Master, from early age being that become a role model for me, that was able to tell everything about you. As soon as he crossed his door, using traditional Chinese medicine, he was able to tell what is good and what is wrong with you, what savvy and what serving not. And by that mean, he knew when you had the last meal, what he had for that last meal? What are your thoughts? What are your emotions, what are your habits, and he knew how to fix that as well as so you could be led to even to a transformation that would suit you on this journey called life. So having that as a role model, being exposed to Western spirituality, I found that there is always something class gain, because people in our culture used to teach things that they don’t even understand. And it’s very dangerous. They see the tip of the iceberg, but not what underneath. And I have fallen into this trap. So many times, especially since on this journey where your spirit grows, the traps are bigger and more often, the more grow, you have something that might have been a benefit for you on one level of growth should be discarded once you reach the high level, to the point that you discount levels all together, because it is all illusion of the ego. There are no levels. If we are one with the source, we are children of the universe, God nature, and God created humans on his damage. That means that universal power is the same within all of us. So that means we are the same. So how can one say that left hand is better or worse than the right? It doesn’t make any sense you cannot judge an elephant by ducks ability to fly judging itself is a trap. And that will keep you in this trap of duality, which are still is not a trap at all it is tools and means for you to experience yourself. I have been doing this for a very long time. For many incarnations, countless incarnations. And the rules of the game have always been the same. And energy in this plane never really changes. Rarely it does change. It usually changes only slightly in the graphics to confuse you that it’s something different. But at fact, it’s the same thing.
Sunshine 13:46
I love that so much, Andy, Anna, I do have a question. How old were you when you started down the path? Right? Yeah. Because you know, that you named a number of like Western spirituality practices. And don’t get me wrong, you know, if the means are available, you can do all of them in a couple of months. But that was a lot. So how long was that part of the journey that you were, you know, continuing to kind of suffer? Right before you found this eastern path that brought you more peace.
Andrzej Kozlowski 14:21
There is no start because there is no end. It’s an ongoing process by discard what does not serve me and use what serves me. For me. What is called spiritual awakening wasn’t us it is describe for many people that they have been doing yoga or meditation. For me it was realization that I’m not crazy and I was drinking vodka and the blanket because yes, I can use my senses to go beyond that and really impact the reality. The to see, to experience what I experience. I just had to accept that I’m not crazy and there are more people like me. So it was very helpful to know and see those people and interact with them on a day to day basis is something that I have discovered things that does not serve me. times ago. I don’t watch TV, I don’t listen to music, mostly what I do is work, I train, I meditate, I read, I learned, I grow. And I’m not longer occupied with warm things, or attachments that I should do this. And that, because the tool growth actually starts when you let go and you don’t want to grow, then the gross thoughts on itself.
Sunshine 16:01
You have, you’ve stated that you’re a practitioner of Huawei. Can you share with us Andy? What, what exactly is that? When you when you say that word? What does it mean to be a practitioner of that? I think you’ve described some of it. But I’m curious, you know, somebody was looking that up, what might they find?
Andrzej Kozlowski 16:21
Way is a trait of Masters is acting by not acting, it’s allowing the client to unfold you to you in the time that is served to you. In a way it’s using the tools that you have correctly. And by that I mean the body, the mind or emotions. So you use them to your benefit in our culture, we tend to allow the mind to use us, let’s say we they doing all we think what’s going to be for dinner, where it’s still morning, or we don’t use the tool accordingly, as in demand should be used only for things that could impact right now. If not, the mind is using you. And you’re using that energy because the mind itself is like computer, it runs on different frequencies of electricity. And you’re losing that electricity that you could use to create, heal, or be in alignment with the universe. You use it to grow your ego and your soul Christ and because it is not being heard, because the tool is using you. The same the body, people are obsessed with their bodies nowadays, they deplete them of energy with other training in the gym fitness. And even the sacred art of the old days like yoga Chi Gong have been become nothing more than a fitness because people lost its roots. They see the tip of the iceberg, not what’s underneath. So basically, Huawei is having your mind empty, as from this metaphor, that the cup can be only felt once empty, it cannot be filled when it’s full. By being no one we are able to be everyone but because but by being everyone you are being known by having your head constantly occupied with thoughts, your thoughts was jump from tree to tree like a drunken monkey getting in no place you would run like a dog after its own tail. And you would be stuck in this constant loop that people call karma, or original sin, or glorified restrictions called beliefs or lenses through which they perceive reality. And it is a never ending cycle. Because there’s always something in that. There’s always something that we have been born here, either food and genes from the society programming or even something that we have gained to our lives that we think is helpful, but actually it is not. So I just let go of my beliefs, my thoughts. And I open the energy that is flowing through me to say what is needed to be sad when it’s needed to be heard. Basically, I don’t allow ego to interfere with the process.
Sunshine 19:28
So here’s an interesting question, Andy, because I I understand the concept and I adore it and I there’s a lot of it that rings true to me, right that I don’t do judgment. I’ve actually replaced judgment with curiosity in my life. But you just made a statement that you let go of all of beliefs. And yet everything that you’re talking about right now, is a belief. Right it is something that it is a concept that you have accepted There’s a truth that you’ve embodied as a way. Right? And so how do you how do you respond to folks? You know, like, how do you respond to that, that like kind of that that point right there? And he, like, you’re, you’re talking and communicating about letting go of beliefs. But yet, in order to do that, you have to believe that there’s value in letting it go. Right? Like, do you get what I’m saying? There’s a little bit of a circular, cyclical, cyclical, kind of like logic error there a little I mean, that’s maybe in a really weird kind of nerd for a second. But yeah, so how do you how do you how do you speak to that? I’m just curious.
Andrzej Kozlowski 20:38
What is the difference between observation and believe, one comes by having an empty mind going beyond the senses, the other one is a product of the mind. And the beliefs, what I have found, are mostly incorrect, because this life itself is all nothing else. But illusion, what we experienced a swing, but if let’s say, we have a contradiction, believe about something, you think it’s right, I think it’s wrong. Who’s right? The truth is probably we are above rogue, but our minds tend to believe that. And then by this confirmation bias, by self fulfilling prophecy plus several and many other things, it will become true for us. So
Sunshine 21:32
I see, I actually believe that the my own personal philosophy is we both be right, we’d be right to our own selves, right, depending upon the conversation that we’re talking about. It’s really, it’s really a, you know, like, these nuances, right? That’s really what we’re talking about is some nuances in in, you know, kind of, like, philosophical kind of, or spiritual, you know, philosophy. You, you’ve shared with us on that journey. And you shared a bit of like, kind of what that’s talked about. But I’m curious, are there kind of tangible examples that you can share that what that looked like, right, you know, because you said you’ve had a mentor, you know, I mean, were these were these classes that you were sitting in reserves, instructions that you were being given? I’m just, I’m really curious, because you’ve, you, and I’ll just, I’ll speak like your energy feels really beautiful, right? And you feel as though you’ve been on this journey and have and have, you know, woken up to all of these amazing realizations. But I can’t imagine it was a light switch. Right. So what was that like? process? What was that, like? You know, these kinds of steps that you experienced to reach this place, I think and in some terms, you know, it sounds a little bit like Nirvana that you’re talking about.
Andrzej Kozlowski 22:59
The kind of plant growth of the spirit, how could you, you can plan on the growth of the ego, as flower does not think went to bloom, it just blooms. So my growth started when I stopped fighting with myself and just accepted that thinks all things between heaven and earth are perfect, including me. And I chose this life, this body to experience what my soul wanted to experience. So there is no need to fight. There is no need to imagine myself as someone else. Everyone else is already taken, I can only be me. So it is by accepting who we are, we can really start its journey. But if we are so focused on the right step, on the wrong step, there is no growth of the spirit, there is growth of the ego, because on one particular journey of the Spirit, even if you say that he have no plan, meditation in the evening, that is not growing of the spirit, it is growing of the ego. Because you’re not meditating right now. You’re investing your energy in something that doesn’t even exist yet. So you’re letting go of that energy instead keeping it to yourself, but then you can say to friends, hey, look at me, I’m meditating. Look how beautiful my ego is. And that is one of the challenges. I can
Sunshine 24:41
understand that looking forward, right? I love that philosophy. You know, I’m a recovering alcoholic. So we kind of are taught to live life life on life’s terms. It’s a lot of what you’re speaking to, right. But you can look back, Andy, you can look back at your progress and you can see you can recognize that you know what you just described was this realization, you’re not crazy, you are perfect. But what was the rest of that like, though? Right? Like, I mean, you didn’t just make that realization and end up exactly where you are today. I should say no, there was there was there was stuff that happened between that realization and us talking today. That’s where I’m curious is like, Wait, like, how did this journey? Where did this journey take you? I mean, you’re in Thailand. Now, I, you know, you’re talking about a visa that that means that that’s not your home country. So there’s some pieces of your journey that I’m just super curious of how you’ve ended up there.
Graham Skidmore 25:42
And I make put up there, I’m asking the more humorous way, there’s, as a very western perspective, taking what you say very literal, there is no way that you got to another country on a beautiful journey, sitting in your living room, not thinking of anything and just waiting for everything to fall in your lap. Right? So there’s a certain element of it, maybe that’s even against a craftsman the way that I frame that, first of all, if they’re, you know, secondly, like how bridge that gap, right for somebody to say, okay, look, let me explain to you how what I’m talking about is a very practical approach. Right? And once y’all are understand it, right, because that’s really what we’re what I’m asking you to tell me what I’m not getting, right. Because you have asleep you right, you big movements, beautiful moments. Yeah. And
Sunshine 26:26
I’ll say about a part of why I’m like poking on this end. It’s because you know, your, your journey sounds so beautiful, reaching these states of like, Nirvana is a beautiful place to be in, right to not have these worries to not be in the suffering mind. Right? It’s a very, very beautiful place. And for you that realization, you know, may have just happened, and maybe you just, you know, stumbled the rest, you know, into this place. But there are other people that are listening, that, you know, if they’re, they’re going to be you know, if they’re finding like, oh my god, this is resonating with me, that’s what I want. I want to make sure our listeners understand that they have the opportunity. And they know that there’s something else that they’re watching for planning and watching to your point, the observation of is different. And so how do they know how would they know what to watch for? So that’s part of why I’m asking Andy, like, what did the rest of that journey look like between that realization? And you sitting here with us today?
Andrzej Kozlowski 27:27
Have you ever been to a show where dancers start to dance inspiring people, it’s all perfectly fine when dancer just dance. But once he starts to second guess, his movements, he starts to get anxious, and he starts to fall. And there is no one inspired by them. So you either dance or you think about dancing. And that means you either live or you think about living. And when you’re living, you’re growing the ego and your spirit is decreasing. With each movement. There are ways to ensure that you are on the right track, have you join Tai Chi Quan, which is basically an essential and primary method of growing the Spirit, by means of the physical is one of them doing yoga properly, or Qigong. With this small note, that if you are going to start Qigong practice, it’s best to start with Chinese martial arts fast or correctly with hatha yoga. Basically, those two arts are very closely related, because Shaolin Monastery has roots in yoga, because there was this great sage of the past called Bodhidharma that traveled from India to China and eventually became the first headmaster of Shaolin. So the roots are very similar. And both yoga, hatha yoga and Kung Fu are ways to open the pathways of the body. So energy can flow correctly. And then you can start with more advanced stuff like Chi Gong or Tai Chi Quan, a good way to open all the pathways of the body is as Derek Tao meditation. We have things like chakras, but chakras actually related to the level of incarnation that you have been born on. And EP have, for example, being born on the fifth level and you do staff that are required to be on the seventh level. You are not able to channel that energy, that energy is too much for you. That energy will right your organs, that heat that comes from frying of the organs will heat your brain causing you delusions that you’re advanced. And this is something that is called spiritual ego. And that is very high to work with, because that person believes is advanced. And in truth is not even a novice. This is very frequent what we have in Western culture, because they are obsessed with building the roof while not even having the foundation. So, how to get to that level, start the journey to the first step, relax, everything is a okay, you’re here to experience things. So obviously, there’s going to be some rains. But the rain is only so you can appreciate the sunshine even more.
Sunshine 31:03
I appreciate that. And that’s exactly what I was looking for. And probably similar to the stories that I’ve heard of folks that have stepped into some of the more stern practices, they typically will start with the physical and kind of as you’re talking about yoga, Qigong, and things of that nature. And just for those that are listening, I believe the breath being some of the most potent pieces of being able to rebalance and bring that lifeforce back in. It’s a big deal. That’s why the both yoga and qi gong focus on the breath.
Graham Skidmore 31:39
So, yeah, yeah, and again, I’m getting I’m taking the, you know, I’m just gonna go to a very literal approach. I’m, I’m trying to understand implementation from an implementation perspective, right, of the kind of the, the dynamics between the inaction of allowing things to come with you to to you or to guide you, you know, with the app, you know, still needing to take action, right, based on what’s coming to you. Right? And how that kind of works together, to continually right to to find that balance between Oh, let me take now that I’m taking it in. Now I’m taking action, right? Like how would you tell somebody, or guide me on how to better think about that, or more productively think about that.
Andrzej Kozlowski 32:28
So it all starts with the premise that eventually thoughts becomes the word that you say, The things you say, eventually become experiences that craft your haircutter, that leads you to your destiny, those are the words of Lao Tzu, which is also sage are the days of the past. And human brain has approximately 60 to 70,000 thoughts per day. And the thing about those thoughts is that they are reoccurring, every insane, single day, to a degree of 90 percentage. So when that happens, those are habits that are being formed in your subconsciousness. And those habits lead you to your destiny that is well known, which, to a degree, if you could look around to your environment, the environment has been created by your thoughts and emotions. So by being spiritually awake, or doing nothing in your brain by being in this meditative state by being conscious or super conscious, you dissolve slowly, but surely, those patterns that manifest in your life as things material, and then that energy goes back to you, which you can use for great things. And the biggest challenge is know when to act. Because some things are from the ego. And some things are from the spirit, and spirit always know what is best for you. You just need to listen. And the challenge is just exactly that, that you need to know, which is the ego when you’re planning things, or when you’re doing it because he has been touched by the Spirit. Does this make sense?
Graham Skidmore 34:41
I very much agree with you know, I mean, like you have to know the only way to learn things is to is to experiential learning is essential, right? And part of it is you know, it’s an ongoing situation. So the next step, I guess, then goes okay, I’m hearing things But again, taking what you say literally. So therefore slightly out of context, meaning, you know, how does that how does the the inaction turn into action? Right? Which, yeah, that’s how you just asked that.
Andrzej Kozlowski 35:15
So let’s say you have 70,000 thoughts per day, you decrease that number to 10,000 thoughts per day. Now, it means each of your thoughts is seven times as strong. So you send this energy charge across the universe. And since it is so strong, it gets really fast back to what I think. And it’s a small thing that doesn’t require a lot of energy usually comes back to me within a day or two, be it like new yoga practice i, t, right? Or something in that category, it literally I think about it, and it happens. And if it’s something bigger, like manifesting new business opportunities, it’s usually takes approximately a month. Because that energy, it’s like buying a house, you cannot buy a house, if you spend your money on mundane and useless stuffs.
Sunshine 36:19
That’s, I think what I’m hearing is, you know when to take action, because the opportunity presents itself. Right, your thought, right, your saturated thought, as you just described, is sent out, and then the opportunity, or related to that thought will present itself for you to take action on.

Andrzej Kozlowski 36:42
That’s exactly how you can think about it. And usually, it’s something that is completely new to you. Because if that would be something that is now on to you, you would already act on it. But since it’s new, it shows you that you can achieve waves achieve things in countless waves. And the ways of the ego might not be the way that you think will get you those things.
Sunshine 37:13
Oh, no, my experience is often it’s the opposite way that the ego
Graham Skidmore 37:22
I really appreciate that reframe sunshine, because that made that made perfect sense to me. And then is also in line with what my own personal experiences would be, I wouldn’t have known how to put the words to it that way. Right. And so we have very relatable now. And I think that also what that also touches on is a much bigger look, I’m gonna call a disconnect. Right, that that is that creates chip, many challenges in the western world are Western beliefs or philosophies, perspectives, which is this perspective of cooperation, right, which is, I think, and then as an things present themselves, there’s a cooperation that’s involved there versus a, I have this thought, now I have to be in control and go make this happen for myself. Right. And so I think that’s just, I just cannot now that you say that, right? I can understand that. That’s right. Anyway, that’s a very huge dynamic difference, right? And I think that anyway, so I’m sorry, let me thank you for letting me prostate out, process this out loud, because now like the rest of the conversation is coming up, it’s coming with these being reframed in my head through this new lens. Now that I’ve been able to fight to catch myself up, so you know, a, I only say that is, if at all. So just to validate in my own way, in everything you’re saying, right? It’s been very similar to my experiences. And now and what you’re saying is, anyway, I’m really enjoying this, this, this conversation now. And so understanding that right, and so how did you learn how to become? I guess, maybe, it was what, which of those? Was it easy to break out of that? Or how did you break out of that mold of feeling the need to have to control things versus being able to allow yourself to let that you know, let the things present themselves and go that right? Well, how did you make that transition and the confidence in that transition?
Andrzej Kozlowski 39:08
Basically, by making all the possible mistakes, there are word to make. And eventually, mistakes are labeled as experience. And if you gather enough experience, you will be named as a master. So that is the process you do the first step of the journey. And eventually you reach the final destination and realize that the goal itself wasn’t that important. It’s all about the journey.
Sunshine 39:39
I would speculate Graham, it looked a lot like some of your your challenges in the last, you know, it will fail because you’ve been trying to work through it. I mean, we all go through it. I you know, I’m almost five years into my own recovery. And so for me that first year, you know, you know, admitting I was an alcoholic and stepping into recovery, it was it was all lot of like, pain and suffering that I was continuing to cause myself because of that monkey mind. Right, that monkey mind loves to get caught. And I mean, it’s still every now and again will catch up with me. You know, I don’t you know, our it’s hard to live in a western in the Western world and to not have an occasionally to get the best of you.
Graham Skidmore 40:22
By the way, that was the most tremendous way I’ve ever heard it described. I love the fact that they you started out with, oh, I screwed everything up. Yeah, how else do you become a master, which, by the way, is exactly the right thing. And then in the true, right, and it was just the beginning. Because of that we don’t, you know, we usually don’t get that lens, right, I usually don’t get. And so I just was overly appreciating. And that’s so true. Because, you know, in so much of like successes in what I’ve experienced has been based on the ability to avoid challenges and problems, right, which is inherently the exact opposite of how you really how you figure anything out how you develop, how you grow, et cetera, right. And so, there’s just so much deep truth in that little in that little story, or whatever you want to call it. So I just, that was beautiful, it was awesome.
Andrzej Kozlowski 41:14
There are many ways you could reach a destination, let’s call destination London, it can travel to London, by plane by bike, by car, or even walking by the foot. It doesn’t mean that one way of transportation is better or worse. It means that if you choose one means of transportation of the other one, you will experience different things and learn different things through your journey. And eventually, if you get to London, all is fine.
Sunshine 41:50
Yeah. I’ve often talked in the past about like that choice, right? You know, and it’s kind of what you’re talking about, like it’s inaction, it’s no action until action is needed. And if you’re not making a choice, if you’re not taking a step, right, that being kind of, I think of a bit of what the importance that you’re talking about and is like, you’re not talking about passivity of like not taking action, right? You’re not talking about you know, sitting in a closet and never doing anything. You’re talking about waiting for these opportunities to come you know, into your life and then taking the you know, the aligned action accordingly. But I think so many people have a hard hard time doing hard, hard time doing.
Graham Skidmore 42:33
I learned this lesson from Winnie the Pooh. They became doing it was in the pool we’re doing nothing often leads to the very best of something or something very similar to that. Right. Which, right and then to you. And that was one of the greatest use on January’s I was trying to articulate things or trying to figure out why I was feeling drawn to just sit when everything I was taught taught me to try to go and make things happen. Right. And that really resonated with me, you know, in that way. And to your point, I will also agree that I found that to be a much more fruitful and enjoyable and peaceful way of living in life as a result of that. Stressful, it’s really well I don’t know, I think it’s really frickin hard to feel a need to wake up every morning with the pressure of having to make everything happen to
Sunshine 43:14
that. Well, I agree. But the transition, right and you know, this transition. So Andy, a little personal note about me, because I totally now realized we didn’t even do any of the personal conversations before we started. I for the past seven years, I have been running my own business and I have worked a corporate job up until the end of April. I left corporate the end of April. And so I stepped out and my like my whole nervous system is like frazzled. I have a friend that’s uh, you know, practices Chinese medicine and he’s like, your she is completely depleted. You know, like, it’s literally showing every indication I’ve heard and so I have I actually am having to fight the the desire to just act for action sake. It’s like, every morning I’ll wake up and like my head wants to go to do to you know, and like go and do all these things. And I’m just like, I’m like, I can’t do this. And I literally can’t it’s but it is not an easy thing to settle into. Right when it is not our practice when it is not our habit when when our mind has been the prize right? The the focus for so long, right? You and I’m working when you work, but for other people it’s very often you have to your mind is attuned to what how they want it to work. Right. And so yeah, it’s been such a dramatic withdrawal. It’s been tough. It has been tough and I’ve I’ve had to avoid a lot of I don’t even know what the right word is. I’ve had Add to remove a lot of thoughts that aren’t of service. Right? You know, like a lot of thoughts, things will pop up. And I’m like, Where does this from, you know, and dismissing that. So what would you say and the you know, to folks, you know, kind of in my boat where it’s uncomfortable, you know, making that transition stepping into this place. And it’s because of that uncomfortability there are people that would run, right, they’d get into it, they’d get uncomfortable, and it would be difficult and they would run. So what do you say to that?
Andrzej Kozlowski 45:38
I would ask you simply, who are you fighting with? That fight that’s within you, then creates friction. And that friction causes huge energy losses, that results in a loss of chi. Because you’re fighting yourself, pretty much.
Sunshine 46:06
Oh, yeah, I’m, I’m very, I’m very familiar with that. You know, for me, and I’ll just say in case anybody’s listening, it’s, it’s just continuing to make the decision to keep trying, right, to not stop, you know, and to not let the, what appears to be difficult right now, for me, right, because the mind keeps wanting to go back to what it wants to do. Right. So I have to keep trying, every day I wake up, and I let and I release, and I’d let it go. I let the expectations I let the, the you know, the need to do in a list and all that kind of dissipate. So yeah, that perseverance and continuing. Because it’s not easy, but it’s worth it. You know, I think Andy in listening to the piece within his voice should be a good representation of it’s worth it. There is a
Andrzej Kozlowski 47:07
practice called healing sounds of tau, because organs within our body have particular frequency towers of the back of the days that have been ended, have found that all of the organs correlate with emotion, sound and color. And by cleansing the organs, you will achieve balance because many of those thoughts, like for example, spleen, when it’s imbalanced, it will create thoughts what what other people think about you. And you would ponder this, and it would impact your self worth. And all of the organs work pretty much in this way. So by ensuring your organs are in balance, you will ensure that your head is in balance. And then you will realize that there is absolutely no need to try No need to fight, you can just be yourself and experience yourself to the fullest. And you will not even think about the things that will hold you down due to the love that you have for yourself.
Sunshine 48:19
I think that’s beautiful. And I love that other little tool that you just shared there. Grandma. Yeah,
Graham Skidmore 48:26
I was just going to piggyback on your point about, you know, wondering that the use of whether or not it works or whether or not it’s worth investigating, or, you know, you talked about you know, listening to the you know, the peace nannies voice, I just wanted to add to that, which is another way that I look for is the simplicity of understanding. Right, there is another great towel was you know, whether or not somebody has a working knowledge of things, and they’ve really operate their life that way, right? Because, because the only way to get to a simplistic knowledge and understanding and being able to look in the mirror to understand and treat the causes, not the symptoms, right. And to accept that responsibility is to get to those places to get through those things. And through that enlightenment and things. And that’s the only way to achieve that, that level of peace and the voice, right. And so, you know, I just that’s just another thing that I just wanted to draw people’s attention to is that, you know, they look at literally, who you fight with, and who you’re trying to prove who you’re trying to impress, right, like, when you when you keep things simple, you can work through stuff way much more quickly than thinking that everything else is happening to you because of everybody else and giving a complete complete control. So there’s just so much wisdom in that in that in that simplicity. That, you know, I just wanted to add to that as well as compliment Andy and
Andrzej Kozlowski 49:45
yeah, thank you.
Sunshine 49:47
I would agree. I’m like I’m looking at time and we’ve been on literally one question because this has been such an amazing discussion. I am really curious because it’s like a toss of the dice. My guides are even saying right now that like either one is a good topic. So we might even need to chat again, Andy, because I don’t know if that we’ll get to both of these. But you’ve talked about, you know, in some of the notes that you’d sent over, and I think you’d even mentioned it a handful of times now. Incarnations. So I’m just curious, right, like, let’s talk a little bit about incarnations. What do you mean by incarnations? And can you describe some of your own experiences with them.
Andrzej Kozlowski 50:34
If you go beyond the senses, and connect yourself, the void, or the kingdom has been described in Bible by Jesus, or the Gucci, as described by Taoist, or by the religious man of the 21st century, you will call it quantum, he will realize that time is an illusion, it is something created for us so we can move to matter and experience ourselves. So if you go beyond our senses, he will realize that there is no past there is no future, and everything is happening at the same time, at the same place. So to a degree, and many people have high level souls, that they can be in many places at the same time. Like, literally a month ago, I was living in Neiman, which is in Chiang Mai. And there was a waiter that I soon as I saw him was like, Oh, I know you because that was a part of the soul that was in this club that I labeled as sinners of the fourth club. And I’m pretty sure all of those members have their souls in many, many places in the world experiencing different things because I actually met another member of that club, in back in Poland, in different body. And usually, it depends what the soul chooses to experience. But that particular part of the soul wasn’t aware of all the part abilities and couldn’t use those. But when he got really drank the spirits started speaking to him and started communicating with me. And like, Yeah, I know you. And we had a conversation, which was very wholehearted. So I believe that, if this failed, that will live in is for us to experience this universal power. There will be many things, many items from different places that will create your soul, and soul can be in many places at the same time. The bigger the stronger the soul, the more information it can have. And it is no different for me, I have seen many different stories of what I have already experienced. And many of those stories I do not believe should be shared in this time and this plane just yet, because it will also interact what we perceive as God demons or angels, and what I perceive us or even aliens, because it all started that God created humans from his image. But humans reciprocated and created gods and their image. And by the power of the thought they created those astral beings that now impact us from the field. And even when that energy charge is great enough, it will be passed to the next generation. And in truth, all of us have those what is called astral beings in our genes, because it is something that our ancestors weren’t able to go through. And it manifests in one way or another. And I believe that this is a tool that has been created by human but not everyone should be exposed to it. Because if you force a flower to bloom, it will stop being a flower and you will hinder the process of that. So I believe this is the tools of people that are on the sixth level or maybe for the seventh level as well. But if you’re born on the seventh level, it’s and you understand that those are tools, you understand that they are here Reason. And mostly, if you see, for example, that someone is struggling with fear and give that fear a name, it gives that fear of power. But that fear eventually has a lessons lesson for you to learn. And that lesson is to love yourself. Because all of those beings have different phases, like gene can be activated, or downregulated, it is the same thing, because those beliefs have been coded into the genes and into the genes have been passed to the next generation. And if you activate it with love, it won’t be a demon, no more, it will be a god or angel. So pretty much, it is a tool for you to benefit because but we don’t say it and we tend to give it power. And by giving it power to something that we don’t understand, it can become truly frightening.
Sunshine 56:03
So if I understand that, what you’re saying is the fact that we are souls potentially, our incarnate multiple instances, that in itself is a tool. So if we can recognize those incarnations, our own incarnations, we can learn additional things about ourselves, we could gain, you know, messages or insights or even be able to, you know, Graham, and I’ve had this conversation, awakened skills, or knowledge that we would have known in those other incarnations, is that a fair statement?
Andrzej Kozlowski 56:40
It’s all about experiencing, this is not a school, a few will treat it as a school, there will always be exams and you will pass some it will fail some it is not about the knowledge or wisdom. Because if you will be so occupied that what has in the past, you will create your future because you will think and say things like, Ah, I have been that person in my previous incarnation, I have been abused. So that’s why I can abuse people now in this incarnation, and what growth would that bring? It wouldn’t bring none. So it’s best to treat those things with a pinch of salt, if you can use it somehow for your own benefit. And by that I mean benefit of the so go ahead. But be aware that it is very risky, because you can get stuck into the slope, and might not even land safely.
Sunshine 57:49
So if that’s if that’s the case, and there is that risk, and there is That danger, why might somebody explore what their other incanto incarnations are? What would be the purpose of it, because you described it as as it potentially being a tool, but yet there’s dangers. So what would be the value in pursuing on that understanding? If there was danger involved,
Andrzej Kozlowski 58:14
at all, like knife can be used either to cut bread so you can make sandwiches for your family, or you can use it to stop someone. So if it’s using for the benefit of your ego, it’s not gonna serve you, you’re gonna grow in feathers. Look at me, I was this magnificent person in my previous life, he all should treat me with respect. How is that causing the grow of the Spirit? But if you can see what you felt in the previous life, and watch out for that, there could be some use to that. So it’s all about the intention and where are you starting this journey of seeing who you are in life start either already ended or are yet to start?
Sunshine 59:12
I love that you’ve mentioned it a little bit in the in this last kind of description, but you’ve described yourself to us and some of the notes that you sent over as his vessel. Andy, right. And, you know, it was in reference to his vessel meeting God and so, what what, when you reference that when you talk about that and share that like, what does that mean and what do you what do you mean by God? Right, what do you mean by this concept of God?
Andrzej Kozlowski 59:51
Bow is have a nice explanation for it. That cannot be explained Tao cannot be explained by and any ways are fertile? What if I would try, I would say it’s everything, and the relationship between everything with everything, it is very much all that surrounds us. And that that does not surround us. And all the relationship in between. That is sacrificing your ego, letting go and even perhaps letting go of the Spirit. So there is no friction II probably are aware that people have R and R is result of thoughts and emotion. And those are equate friction with their quality. And due to that they have color. When there is no Aha, there is no friction, and then the tool magic can start to occur. So basically means I am not missing out the process into which this power can speak to me, and manifest the miracles to the known world.
Sunshine 1:01:04
Mm hmm. So that to tie this back, so if we are living in this inaction, and our thoughts are bringing these opportunities, that’s kind of what you’re I think you’re talking about is allowing yourself to just be this being right, this soul, and allowing just the opportunities for action to come across is, you know, being a vessel for everything, right, allowing all to kind of show up for you. It’s a really beautiful way to put that I don’t know, that I’ve ever heard God described as everything, you know, like everything in the connection, everything. But I actually really appreciate that perspective. I really appreciate that perspective. I think that’s a good view for some folks that might not have a definition to understand. Graham, anything else?
Graham Skidmore 1:02:00
No, but I definitely appreciate the the acknowledgement of that entity, whatever somebody wants to call it as the most beautiful, is the most giant and beautiful and wondrous attribution model.
Sunshine 1:02:12
Yeah. I know I agree. Connected, everything is connected. Andy, you have been an unbelievably beautiful soul to talk to this this morning. For us. I know, it’s evening for you. And I’m curious for any of our listeners, that may have resonated with anything that you’ve said, that may be curious about anything that you’ve shared, where can they find you, and why what might be the like best reason for them to reach out to you if you wanted them to reach out.
Andrzej Kozlowski 1:02:47
If you’re someone that is struggling to find your own path, or by those limiting beliefs that you have pushed upon you by those negative emotions that you cannot transcend. I believe I am someone that can guide you through the realm of those challenges, to ensure that he can have a safe passage through life, not going from one extreme to another. So he can enjoy life that not be stuck with finding yourself each day, and just allowing the life to unfold to you. And if is something that interests you. Hopefully, you could see the QR code or you can see all the links that I have. Whatever data is not possible, you can find me on my page, which is simply sage nd.com or on Facebook, which is Facebook, your courage capitalist. And those are the means where you could find me.
Sunshine 1:03:50
Beautiful, we’ll make sure that wherever the show notes are folks, you’ll be able to see those links as well, even if he can’t see the QR code. Because if you just listen and make sure to check those notes, and we’ll get you connected to Andy. Andy, this has been amazing. I’ve loved our conversation so much. I love your I know, I know if you’re just listening you can’t see Islamize but I love the background. So so much. Anything else? Anything else? Graham before we wrap today?
Graham Skidmore 1:04:20
No, I think that, you know, it’s just it’s wrapping for the sake of courtesy to all because another question is going to take us down another 45 minute rabbit hole. I
Sunshine 1:04:28
know, I know. We could sit here and talk for you know, hours. hours. It’s been it’s been wonderful.
Graham Skidmore 1:04:37
It is I really I’m just Yeah, Andy I just appreciate your transparency, vulnerability, whatever, you know, however, it is in the conversation to allow people to understand to relate right to and just allow things to flow through you like that. So, you know, it definitely helped me to I got some of the things that I wanted to out of our conversation with being able to kind of put some better words to experiences and Things of that nature and so I appreciate your patience and talking me through some things in a few different ways. It really has been a truly enjoyable morning so I know it’s late night I know it’s night for you. So I’ll just say hope you have a great night and then you’re the rest of your day tomorrow is awesome as well thank
Andrzej Kozlowski 1:05:15
you kindly The pleasure is all mine and I hope you will have a splendid day as well.
Sunshine 1:05:20
I appreciate that so much Andy, for all of our guests that are listening and you know if any resonated please don’t hesitate to check them out. I’m sure you’d be I’m sure your life would change for the better. I’ll put it to you that way. And for that being said, Folks, as always, and I think even Andy kind of said it himself but uh, you know, encourage all of you that are listening to find your path follow your path into your own deepest spirituality.
